Hello! We’re Team MindMarket

After earning her MA in international relations, Sina started her career in Business Intelligence as a researcher and analyst. Working with data and insights has always been Sina’s passion and, after a quick detour in finance, Sina found her way into the market research industry in the UK. Sina launched MindMarket in 2022, and is responsible for client relationships and business development as well as partner management. She is highly involved in all projects and ensures a global vision and smooth delivery for every client. Fun fact: I’m MindMarket’s resident Plant Lady, with an ever-growing collection of house plants taking over my home!

Kais has a background in both filmmaking and entrepreneurship and co-founded MindMarket to inject some innovation into the market research industry. Kais is passionate about using new technology to transform how businesses gather and use insights for strategic decision-making. Kais works to optimise operational efficiency, oversee strategic initiatives for clients, maintain strong client relationships and generally ensure true excellence across all MindMarket research services. Fun fact: My right foot is 1.5 sizes larger than my left!

Nydia has a Bachelor’s in International Business, and started her market research career as a Project Coordinator. As well as an ongoing passion for User Experience (UX) and User Experience Research (UXR), Nydia oversees every aspect of our projects here at MindMarket. As Senior Project Manager, Nydia’s responsibilities include everything from recruitment updates, client or local teams kick off calls, proofreading of materials or regular catch ups with Sina and Kais, our founders. Nydia specialises in a range of marketing techniques, including screener development, panel recruitment, analysis and translation. Fun fact: My favourite movie is 5 Centimetres Per Second (秒速5センチメートル) and my party trick is that I can quote almost every line in the original language.
